Product Detail

The particle oxidation catalyst (DPF) technology is a relatively effective one in the automobile exhaust after-treatment technology. The Diesel particulate filters DPF is a wall-flow filter channel carrier made of high-porosity materials such as cordierite or silicon carbide. In the entire exhaust after-treatment system, a silicon nitride ceramic heating element is installed at the front end of the DPF. After the particulate matter is fully collected, the silicon nitride heating element can generate high temperature instantly after being powered on, which can ignite the atomized fuel, thereby igniting the particulate matter in the exhaust gas, so that the DPF carrier can be actively regenerated, extending the service life of the DPF carrier, and after collecting, heating and igniting the oxide, the exhaust gas discharged meets the emission standards.
